HB04106: AN ACT FURTHER STRENGTHENING THE POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY OF THE FREEPORT AREA OF BATAAN (AFAB), AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9728, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE 'FREEPORT AREA OF BATAAN (FAB) ACT OF 2009'
This bill seeks to further strengthen the powers and functions of the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) to make it more globally competitive. This includes expanding its authority to cover more areas, exempting it from all national and local taxes, and granting it more autonomy in managing the Freeport Area.
