RA12045: AN ACT CREATING TWO (2) ADDITIONAL BRANCHES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND TWO (2) ADDITIONAL BRANCHES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES IN THE NINTH JUDICIAL REGION TO BE STATIONED IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND APPROPR
Republic Act No. 12045 creates two additional branches of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) and two additional branches of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) in the Ninth Judicial Region, to be stationed in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
