She founded and helmed distinguished culinary establishments like Cibo, Grace Park, Lusso, and Alta, blending Italian and Filipino influences. Beyond her restaurants, she tirelessly advocated for sustainable and organic ingredients, mentored chefs, and promoted Filipino flavors internationally, notably curating a Filipino menu at the 2015 APEC Summit Dinner. A two-time cancer survivor, her resilience and dedication inspired many.
