HB08217: Enacted into law "RA11315" in April 17, 2019 | AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY-BASED MONITORING SYSTEM AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
This bill establishes a Consolidated Poverty Data Collection (CPDC) System to generate updated and disaggregated data on poverty. This data will be used to target beneficiaries, conduct poverty analysis, design policies and interventions, and monitor the impact of poverty reduction efforts.
This also includes the establishment of a community-based monitoring system. This system will empower communities to participate in the data collection process, ensuring that the data is accurate and relevant to the needs of the community.
