This resolution congratulates taekwondo jin Samuel Thomas Harper Morrison and the taekwondo male Poomsae team for winning gold medals in the 29th Southeast Asian Games held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Morrison, a 27-year-old athlete from Olongapo City, won his second SEA Games gold medal.
The taekwondo male Poomsae team won their third straight victory in the biennial event.
