HB04052: YOUTH EMPOWERMENT ACT OF 2016
This bill seeks to establish Youth Development Councils in each barangay, city/municipality, and province all over the country. These councils will provide a platform for the youth to participate in local governance and contribute to nation-building.
The most beneficial provision of this bill is the empowerment of the Youth Development Councils to formulate and implement youth development programs, projects, and activities. This will enable the youth to address issues that directly affect them and contribute to the development of their communities.
