HR02056: RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE POSITION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES THAT WHEN CONGRESS CONVENE AS A CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY TO PROPOSE AMENDMENTS TO, OR REVISION OF THE CONSTITUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 1, PARAGRAPH 1 OF ARTICLE XVII OF THE 1987 CONSTITUTION,

This resolution expresses the position of the House of Representatives that when Congress convenes as a Constituent Assembly to propose amendments to, or revisions of, the Constitution, the Senate and the House of Representatives shall vote separately.

It also instructs the House Committee on Appropriations, headed by the Hon. Karlo Nograles, to study options on where to source the funds that will be used to augment the budget of SUCs.
