This bill aims to provide a stay in the execution of a decision, order, or resolution of an administrative agency or quasi-judicial tribunal upon the seasonable filing of a motion for reconsideration, appeal, or petition for review. This provision will prevent the immediate execution of administrative decisions, ensuring that individuals have the opportunity to appeal and seek reconsideration before a decision is enforced.
No decision, order, or resolution of an administrative agency or quasi-judicial tribunal shall be executed pending the resolution by final judgment of a motion for reconsideration, appeal, or petition for review.
