RA11726: AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE EDADES AND BERNAL CULTURAL CENTER AND MUSEUM IN DAGUPAN CITY, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, DEFINING IT PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES, AND APPROPRIATIONS.
