To safeguard the welfare of workers within the FAB, the bill mandates the establishment of a labor center. This center will be responsible for studying and amicably settling professional and labor relations and disputes, interpreting employment contracts, and monitoring work, hygiene, and safety standards.1 By ensuring a harmonious and safe working environment, the bill aims to protect the rights and well-being of workers while promoting economic growth within the FAB.
