This resolution congratulates boxer Eumir Felix Marcial for winning the gold medal in the 75-kg middleweight class boxing finals in the 29th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Marcial, a 21-year-old boxer, won his second SEA Games gold medal.
Marcial is a homegrown talent from Barangay Lunzuran, Second District of Zamboanga City.
