This resolution congratulates equestrian rider Colin Syquia for winning the gold medal in the 29th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Syquia, a 46-year-old rider, won the gold medal in the individual show jumping event.

Syquia's victory is the Philippines' first in equestrian sports since the 2011 SEA Games.
