Criteria for Selection: NPACs are chosen based on their national scope, artistic excellence, world-class performance, professional track record, and organizational sustainability.

Entitlements: NPACs are entitled to the free use of government facilities, access to grants, and intellectual property rights protection.

Funding: Each NPAC receives an annual appropriation for five years, with the amount varying depending on the genre.

Tax Exemption: Donations and contributions to NPACs are exempt from donor's tax and deductible from the donor's gross income.
