HB11325: AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MATERNITY AND CHILDREN´S HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN TO BE KNOWN AS THE DAGUPAN MATERNITY AND CHILDREN´S HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
