HR00518: RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING THE 2022 AWARDEES OF THE ORDER OF NATIONAL ARTISTS FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO PHILIPPINE ARTS AND CULTURE
