HR01416: RESOLUTION URGING THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOTR), PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RAILWAYS (PNR), NORTHERN LUZON RAILWAY CORPORATION (NLRC), TO IMMEDIATELY RESTORE, REHABILITATE AND RESUME THE OPERATIONS OF RAILWAY SYSTEM FROM MANILA TO NORTHERN LUZON ROUTE

This resolution urges the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Philippine National Railway (PNR), and Northern Luzon Railway Corporation (NLRC) to restore, rehabilitate, and resume railway operations from Manila to Northern Luzon.

The restoration of the railway system would enhance economic development, shorten travel times, and boost tourism in Northern Luzon.

This initiative reflects a commitment to improving infrastructure and connectivity across the country.
