RA11363: AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE PHILIPPINE SPACE DEVELOPMENT AND UTILIZATION POLICY AND CREATING THE PHILIPPINE SPACE AGENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

The Philippine Space Development Act establishes a national space policy and creates the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) to promote and develop the space program of the Philippines. The PhilSA will be attached to the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the space program. The creation of the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) will allow the Philippines to have a dedicated agency to oversee and implement the country's space program.
